Leonarda
From a young age, Leonarda dreamed of living a life dedicated to God. She also dreamed of moving from the rural area where she was raised. Her proficient skills in sewing opened up doors for her to work and move to the capital city of Santo Domingo.
She has faced many hardships because her hands and feet are physically impaired. Being a part of the Cielo Cooperative has been a source of hope and encouragement for Leonarda. She enjoys learning new skills and being nourished by the word of God at each meeting. One day she hopes to open her own store with her signature crafts.
